Hqving itchyness all over my body

Ive been having smalllll little rashes at every part of my body..first it wasnt tat itchy..but tonight i cldnt sleep at all cuz the itchyness is all over my body...i cnt see the itchy parts that much..there are less signs of rashes but the itchyness is terrible
