Better protection & Preventive measure
As age increases.. ..the chance of getting infection also increases

All can take the vaccine. But it is preferred to be taken before marriage / before sexual activity. Even if after marriage, it is beneficial since it protects against hpv strains which they haven't encountered.

HPV can be taken from 9 yrs onwards . Recommend upto 26 yrs of age .
Could be taken after that however benefits are low and further screening is required.
