Hello. I am a healthy 23 year old female. I exercise weekly, eat a balanced diet, and do not smoke/drink irresponsibly. I had HGSIL Last year and just received my first clear Pap smear as of this year. If I stay in a monogamous relationship, how likely is it the virus will reoccur? Does my immune system destroy it for good or just suppress it?

If you maintain a healthy lifestyle and a monogamous relationship, chances are that you will be fine. HPV is a lifelong infection and you need to do period Pap smears
