Dont worry. You are in a very low dose of Lonazep which is easy to stop. I can understand that you are unable to keep yourself awake during the day. I would recommend to atleast restrict your sleep to less than 40min during the daytime.
Next Steps
Follow sleep hygiene techniques. Be irregular with Lonazep. If you already feel tired and sleepy take only half of 0.25. Many of my patients have tried the same and stopped it. All the best. Take care.

At what time are you taking Nexito? If you are taking it at night please take it with breakfast now onwards. You may gradually start to taper Lonazep..... remove 1/4 every 4-6 days. Practice sleep hygiene - avoid daytime naps, some physical activities, hot milk at night, avoid screens (mobile, TV, computer) after 8pm and so on. Also, consult your treating psychiatrist......s/he has been seeing you and would be able to help you.

If you have recently started it and find it useful for sleep you can take it for 2-4 weeks. By then your anti-depressant will take effect and you may not need Lonazep for sleep. Also try shifting Nexito 10 mg in morning because it can interfere with sleep for some patients. Regards, Consult online on practo if required. Major Depressive Disorder.
