I went to a dermatologist and he suggested keragrow AD twice weekly and Logidruf lotion every hair wash .. but he did not explain how to use it .. overnight ? 5 mins ? No idea . Can someone help me . Diagnosis is seborrheic dermatitis

You should have asked your dermatologist as the same products can be used in different ways. Most commonly these two shampoos are to be used twice a week each, so a total of 4 days you have to shampoo. You can keep it for 5 minutes and rinse off
