Im 24 yrs Old Male, i have been masturbating for more than 4-5 yrs. I heard that excess masturbation may lead to Infertility in the future. Is that true?Also I have a habit of lying on my stomach and rub my penis to &fro instead of using hands.Will this affect my testicles? I dont know how i developed this habit, is this safe ?

Masturbation is safe and healthy practice. There is no limit to it. It does not cause any problems or disease. Rubbing on stomach on hard surface can cause abrasions or infection so use something soft for this.
