How to stop everything
How can I stop thinking, feeling and having emotions without dying? I feel like I'm trapped in this infinite loop where everything's normal and life's going on but I'm the one thinking and feeling things that I'm not supposed to. Nothing bad is happening but I still can't deal with anything. I'm not suicidal.

Hi glad to know that you are not suicidal.  And the loop that u feel is the life of the physical body and the thoughts and feelings are integral part of life as it has to b sustained. Death is  only to physical body. Otherwise it is called transition. What is making you feel trapped and  in loop when everything is normal n life is going on that u said? Are you in ur own search? Or something about ur own living n ur life that u wish to resolve? If u say u can't deal then need to check ur Will. It's a fuction  of our brain to think n feel for survival n importantly happy n joyful survival. Is anything bothering u currently ? If nothing then you in ur own search may b. And let this continue till you find urself. Or u can come n meet me we can discuss.
