How to remove my penis foreskin?

My penis is covered with foreskin. Penis is not coming out while time of sex and also a small irritation with pain makes sex stop. Heard about CIRCUMCISION while searching in google. Is that a best solution? Which is the best hospital for that in trivandrum. Or any other solution available?
