How to put on weight ?
Even if I m taking normal diet , my weight is not increasing ..it remains constant . as soon as I take food after few hours..my stomach gets empty..may be burning of calories very fast !

Hi, it depends on nutritional content of your food. Take more of fat containing food . 1g fat yields more calories than a gram of carbohydrate, have adequate sleep , moderate exercise is necessary.If food gets empty quickly try to take frequent meals. If u still don't gain weight consult dietician
