How to  increase my self esteem ?
I feel so lonely. I literally don't have any friends. I tried to talk but it seems people find me not interesting. I can't even hold a proper conversation. I become nervous whenever i have to talk. I have nothing good in me.

It's very important to have satisfying relations. There are times when you may feel you can't connect with people well. Such experiences may reduce your self esteem, self worth and may negatively impact your overall health also. Now that you have noticed this, it's also important to see if it is hampering your daily routine, your sleep and life overall. If it is then it's not just a random experience but could be something more.
Next Steps
Detailed history and assessment by a mental health professional to rule out any disorder. Consultation with a therapist who can guide you accordingly.
Health Tips
There could be 'n' number of reasons why this is happening. Only consult a certified mental health expert for the same.

Hello, There is always something good in every human being and certainly in you as well. Your entire personality does not depend on one trait alone. It is understandable that you are feeling unfulfilled due to lack of meaningful conversations. Firstly be kind to yourself. You are getting conscious and focused making it a task to be accomplished and hence the nervousness. Be yourself. Start with small conversations. Begin with people you trust. Engage in the conversation by listening well and contributing even in small ways. This shall help you to engage with others in a better way. Express yourself , yet be careful not just to impress or please others. You have already expressed your query here so well, a good trait indeed. Believe in yourself first, others shall follow. Wishing you more power and progress! You can consult for further professional guidance. All the best! Happy Healthy Living!
