I am 26 years old 5.15 feet height and weight of 62.5 kg I am having thyroid and depression I do a regular walk of 3km per day and keep a watch on my deit before I discovered thyroid my weight was 57kgs yet my thyroid medicine is not set and not in control plz give me advice how to lose weight and what should I do how many calories should I eat every day and how much walking should I do
