How to get rid of visceral fat !
Dear sir/Ma'am, I am a 25 yrs old male and i am trying get rid of excess fat and weight. I am 164 cms in height and of 73kgs which round off to 27 BMI. I am currently employed and have a shift timing from 1pm to 10pm. That's why i am unable to hit a gym nearby. Could you please help me with a diet plan and suggest an alternative for gym. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
