Dear sir/Ma'am,
I am a 25 yrs old male and i am trying get rid of excess fat and weight. I am 164 cms in height and of 73kgs which round off to 27 BMI.
I am currently employed and have a shift timing from 1pm to 10pm. That's why i am unable to hit a gym nearby.
Could you please help me with a diet plan and suggest an alternative for gym.
