How to get rid of dark circles under eyes
My sister is 28 year old girl. She is very fair. But she has dark circle which are very prominent. How can she get rid of these dark circles? Are there any creams or lotions that she can use which will reduce? What about laser treatment and any cosmetic treatments?

Hi, though darks circle causes pigmentation. The main cause on most of the time are depression of soft tissue around eyes giving an appearance of hills and valleys.
The more dark look is caused shadows of this hills into depression.
Which is a sign of orbital fat volume loss.
Treatment includes non surgical single or on combination,eg fat grafting, fillers,peels ,laser.
Surgical options is Blephroplasty with fat repositioning.
