I see that the medical shop keepers not giving medicines prescribed by psychiatrist even if there is prescription. It is also not available online(example.. Clonazepam, mirtazapine etc). In such case, how online consultation will work for psychological problems. Moreover, we can't skip or stop the medicines as well. So medicines are required throughout the course of treatment.. So how can /are you solve this problems for online consultation patients?

Hey, I know this is frustrating for us too. Medical stores do not give medications even after prescription. We need to raise complaint. But still few medical shops give and according to teleconsultation guidelines e-prescriptions are valid.

Hi.your question is very much valid.we are facing difficulties in helping the patients procure medications as well. This is mainly because psychiatric medications can have abuse potential and can easily be misused.
However there are limited shops which are providing medicines with online prescription or after email confirmation from the doctors based on the locality.
