How to get medical fitness certificate for college admission

For my post-graduation, I am planning to apply in universities of the United States. Being an Indian, I require to pass a medical fitness test from authorized medical centers only. I have already started the process to apply to various colleges. I’ve even been accepted in one. Now, to procure that certificate, can someone tell me how to get medical fitness certificate for college admission?
