I have stress related hiv all the time doctor hai given me medicine for sleep but still everytime i feel like i am not well or unwell bad ideas come to my mind

Hello I understand you. It might be very distressing to have such thoughts. You can have other symptoms also in addition to feeling sleepless. I assume you would have even tested yourself for HIV and tests would have come completely normal. Even after negative reports, if you're having these concerns repeatedly you should better consult a psychiatrist for evaluation of any anxiety disorders, taking medications only for sleep will not help.

You might want to see a psychiatrist to have an assessment of the underlying cause of your symptoms and accordingly have a proper management plan made for you. Meanwhile, healthy diet, adequate hydration, regular physical excercise as well as mindfulness and relaxation based excercises will also help reduce some of the stress

Hi If this has been going on for a while, please see a psychiatrist or psychologist for a proper assessment. You may be suffering from an anxiety disorder. In the meantime and, if you haven’t already put in place some lifestyle measures, please consider the following 1. Regular and healthy diet 2. Regular and consistent sleep and wake timings 3 relaxation measures like hobbies, yoga and meditation 4. Exercise at least 3 times a week 5. Reduce caffeine, alcohol or nicotine- as applicable 6. Talk to friends or family as deemed personally helpful

I can understand.. do daily exercise, running ,keep ur self busy ,indulge in activities by that way u wil feel less amount of Anxiety or start Medicine,it will help u out
