Dear Sir/Madam can I eat fruits in lunch daily ? I took 1 strawberry, 100 gm Papaya, green grapes and black grapes, 2 banana, 1 apple, 1 chiku.

Eat fruits daily to have in mid morning snack. Egg , chicken and paneer to eat for lunch daily. Green leafy veg and vegetable to have for dinner along with rice or bhajira rotis. Breakfast have masla upma, oats to have them every for breakfast in the morning.

Yes offcourse you can have fruits daily but not at the sake of lunch. Lunch is our major meal and one shouldn’t avoid it. If you wish, you can have them before your lunch. Also, take care which fruits you are eating if you are having any medical condition like diabetes or renal. Hope you got your answer.

Gud morning pls kindly try to have prime meals like breakfast lunch snacks dinner,u can have fruits either in mid morning snacks or else after one hour gap of having lunch.
