How to deal with my both ankle's pain?
Since 4 years now I get severe pain in both of my ankles whenever i do some household stuff OR whenever i walk for some minutes or so. Its hurting too much that i cannot able to walk for some times. Veins of both legs are feeling like very stretched. Some swelling are also seen in both ankles. Past 3-4 days the pain is spreading in the whole legs. Please suggest what can i do?
