How to cure upper back and neck pain
I am 23 year old male. Recently I have started to go to gym to lose weight. I am having neck pain and also pain in my upper back too. Why do I get this pain? What can help me to get rid of this pain? Because of the pain I am unable to carry out my daily routine. Please suggest good home remedies.

Dont exercise till you are in pain.Hot pack and some rest followed by stretching would help.Check for good trainer.

Wrong exercise giving you pain. Avoid heavy weight exercise  hot fermentation and stretching exercise of spine

For the relief of pain - Try ice application and take rest for couple of days, after pain subside - Find your Rep. Maximum from your gym instructor, from that gradually increase your weights.

This pain can be because of soreness after exercises and any tissue injury. So u start doing icing on the neck and back twice a day. Moreover don’t stress ur back n neck for exercises much. Take rest and stretch. Also do proper warm up before weight training. Increase weight gradually in gym.
