How to cure bacterial infection ear

My Ear pains a lot, there is pus discharge too at times. My age is 45 years female. I have high blood pressure and diabetes. This is due to bacterial infection in my ear. This is my ENT suggestions. Please tell me the ways to treat bacterial infections in ear?
