How to conceive after myomectomy
Age is 40 years. How to conceive one year after myomectomy.all blood tests and reports are normal. Trying for last 5 months but not successful. Amh is 1.30. and when ovulation occurs for a 25 days cycle? Really need answers pl.

Consult fertility expert for further management Do 2-3 cycles of IUI. If ko luck then go for IVF.

At age 40 with a low AMH you need medical assistant rather than spontaneous conception You should connect for prescription and how to move ahead Also you need a test called HSg to see if tubes are open or not

As age is 40 and AMH is 1.3 ,giving  trail takes time.Visit a Fertility  specialist  as soon as possible.
