How to be in a calorie deficit
During the pandemic i gained a lot of fat even though the weight on the scale has not changed very much. I am around 55 kg and I'm 5 feet tall. I have a lot of fat in my neck, thighs and most excessively in the stomach or abdominal area. I want to lose fat effectively. . I am also able to work out 4 times a week. I want to know what type of diet i should follow and how to calculate calories to be in a calorie deficit.

Hi! U seemed to have a normal BMI which indicates whether ur weight is according to you height or no. But we have to work upon your inches which will include fat loss diet along with good muscle building 4-5 days of workout. As soon as u increase muscle mass you will be reducing fat in various areas. You can connect with me for further details from 6pm-8pm any day.
