Take good sleep of 7 hrs in night, 1 he in noon, use morning fresh air to do simple exercises, then start a good gym, take egg n banana in bfast, daily, take good meals with ghee salad n fruit, and add take whey protein with glass of milk daily in bfast. Live free and happy n keep itself busy
