How stop hair growth in face

Hey I am a 23 year old girl. I have this odd looking facial hair. Very soon it make even look like a beard of a man. What can I do to get rid of the existing hair and more importantly how do I stop this hair growth on face?

You are probably suffering from a condition called hirsutism. In this condition hair growth occurs on face due to hormonal imbalance, it may also be associated with irregular periods. You need to undergo a complete hormonal checkup, please consult a gynaecologist for the same. Also to remove the existing facial hair, you have to undergo laser hair removal.
