Is it safe for my wife to travel via train for 21 hrs journey while being pregnant and on 3rd trimester?

If she is having an uncomplicated pregnancy, she can travel, but she should be accompanied. 21 hours is very long duration for her to be comfortable in journey, so get a physical examination done prior to the journey by your gynaecologist
