How much Protein should I take ?
Recently I have joined GYM and I am working out 6 days a week . I have lower down my carb intake, but I am not able to understand what to eat and what to not. How much protein will be beneficial for me and also which foods I will eat for low carbs and high protein and also how much water will I take to support all my activities?  Should I start to eat boiled foods as I can do this very easily . Body Weight : 72.4 kgs Height : 5 ft 4 inches I am in fat loss program in GYM. Please guide me.
