How many weeks alcohal withdrawl lasts ?
Left alcohal 15 days back as used to be frequent drinker for couple of years  and still feeling tremors during day time and while sleeping  . I am on medication but need to how many days or weeks it will take to heal. When I engage myself in exercise I don't feel panic but when I am idle or sleeping I feel shocks and tremors . I am on medication and taking nexito 10mg morning and zolfresh 10mg night before bed for sleep. Please advise how many more days do I need to suffer and home remedies and exercise types of exercises I can do . Any help is appreciated

Usually alcohol withdrawal lasts for 7-10 days. In some cases it may vary but don't worry consult Psychiatrist for withdrawal management. You need medication for that. Your current medications don't help in withdrawal
