Spitting semisolid consistency feeds(like curdy milk) are normal nothing to worry. Sometimes baby regurgitates some amount of milk after feeding excess amount of milk it's also normal. You can give feeds after a hour and have to give burping properly after feeding to avoid regurgitation.

Next Steps

After every feed baby has to keep in upright position over shoulder and wait till the baby burps.
