How long it took to concive again after
Hi, i had d&c 2month ago of missabortion which was 7wk. My dr told we dont need ultrasound after that we can try from now on. All reports are ok. My last periods were ok no such pain.Do we need ultrasound to check their is no piece in utrus. How we know that utrus is ok for second conception. And how long it took to concive again after 1st missabortion.

Hi In routine , u cn start trying after 6 weeks or after u get one normal period.  No need to do a scan if u git one normal period after D n C . There is no time limit that u wud conceive in thus much tym or so .

Once you get periods it means the hormones are working and you cannot have retained products as you had regular periods. Good to wait for 3 months after the D and C and conceive. Need to be on folic acid.
