How does my wife have chylmydi

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am a female married to a female. I caught chlymydia. I was treated for it and a month later my check-up came back negative. Months later I still didn't have a sexual partner. I got with my now wife and we have been together 6 months. She calls me yelling today that she has chylmydia and wants to know how the hell she got it!! I believe her when she says she's only been with me the last year but the same goes for me. She has been my only partner since. How would she have it if I was negative?
