From what you've mentioned, it seems like you frustrated about there not being a structure to your life. You have tried to create a routine for yourself, but you still find yourself unable to stick to it and scroll through your phone or sleep most of the time. This is a cycle you want to break, but don't know how to. Here are a few things that can help: * Create a timetable and add things that you might be interested in--reading, cooking, painting, and other hobbies. * Move your body and get some exercise first thing in the morning--it helps beat procrastination. * Involve yourself in a project--any project that you wish to choose. * Re-parent yourself and reinforce yourself when your active goals. * Learn to be mindful If you still are unable to break the cycle, contact a Psychologist. I recommend behaviour therapy along with mindfulness-based techniques.

Hello, Glad to know that you are seeking help, what kind of lifestyle changes you want, ask yourself: write them down on paper. Try to pick just one thing and stick to it for one week at least. Schedule your day, fill it with different activities which definitely will include household chores but include things that you have written on paper to bring lifestyle changes. Introduce a physical activity in routine, look into your interest area I am sure you must be good in something, all you need is  to just motivate yourself a little to feel good.
