Hello.  There is no natural  home remedy to heal tooth cavity/ decay. Once tooth cavity occurs, dental filling is a must. Do not postpone your dental visit else in future the tooth with cavity will pain and you will require root canal treatment. To prevent cavity in other teeth you should brush 2 times a day, gargle after every meal, and do a dental clean up once a year. Happy to help. Dr Zankhana Mody Mohile
