How can i put on weight by walking and j
I am lean and want to put on little weight. I have started jogging recently but people say that jogging reduces weight. Kindly please suggest.

You can continue to jog. The best way to put on muscle mass is doing weights at the gym. Have an egg white everyday and include dry fruits with your meals. Exercise and diet should go hand in hand. Although I would suggest it's better to stay lean always as it would reduce the occurrence of variety of non communicable diseases.
