How 2 get rid of marks?

Hi,I had jock itch b4 3 months. And ive treated it.But it seems coming again and again. Coming to hygiene im a person who maintains a gud hygiene. Now when it appears, i use anti-fungal powders and an ointment named lobate. And the problem now is im having some left marks in inner thighs n thats Awful. Any suggestions?
