Hot water burns keloid

On Dec 22 my daughter got hot water burn it's okay all area but Some at shoulder and ear became like keloid is there any treatment if will go without surgery or steroid injections she is 5 years old am too scared of her it wl affect her appearance plz help me am attaching pics here
