Hello well the first thing is I would suggest to drink water at home and especially boiled and cold lukewarm water.. Apart from matter you need to take a sporolac tablets thrice a day for diarrhoea and also do salt water gargling g for your throat infection and also take Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day for 2 days..Meet a physician
