Horse shoe kidney
I had back pain,chest pain and abdominal pain. I took blood test. SGPT- 69 U/L SGOT - 37 U/L Platelet count - 4.50 lakhs/cumm ESR - 45mm/hr Total leukocyte count - 10500 cells/cumm I took ultrasound abdomen( result is attached). The impressions are: 1. Hypoechoic hepatic parenchyma. No intra or extra hepatic biliary radicles dilatation. 2. Horse Shoe kidney Is there any complications in these findings?

Horse shoe kidney is congenital anomaly where lower poles of two kidneys will get fused looking like horse shoe. But it does not require any surgical treatment. Just need symptomatic medication for pain.
