Horrible cymbalta withdrawal
Last time at my dr appointment we talked about getting off cymbalta 90mg once a day cuz it hasnt really helped with my anxiety and now has killrd sez drive. The dr said next time i come in if i feel the same we will try something else. Well the about a week ago i ran out of the 60mg (had to take 60 and 30 to make my dose) and realized nothing was getting better so i decided to not fill it and stop taking it to prepare for whatever new pill my dr wanted to put me on. BIG MISTAKE. I cannot fuction, dizzy, foggy headed, confusion. Im litterally good for nothing. I did not realize untill some research that i should have tried to tamper off but never had to do that before with other pills so my mistake. Anyways like i said been off coold turkey about a week but i do have 30mg left. Should i try to take them to see if they help with coming off or since its already been so long should i just keep going cold turkey? Thanks
