I have gone through depression from 2 years. From then I had saggy skin,pale,dry skin,thin skin and skin darkening.i also had stretch marks on my thighs.i also had tender breasts not firm and nipple area skin is scaly and patches falling. And my body skin in hands,legs have saggy,tender muscles.my waist are also had inflammation like saggy skin. And weak bones.also my pelvic area skin is loose and hair is falling including scalp hair fall. Whenever I eat sesame seeds,sunflowerseeds,eggs,bone broth then my skin looks supple and young like flexible and thick. But when I stopped eating them,my problems will come again. And all doctors saying all normal but I have these problems.pls help me find solution.
