Hormonal imbalance

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello doctors, I was recently diagnosed with hormonal imbalance and I had bled last on 24th Jan, since then no periods..My doctor prescribed me ovacet tablets for 6 months(twice daily). I'm eagerly waiting for my periods to come but there's no sign.. I'm into yoga and following a proper diet since one month.. rest everything is normal.. then y no periods? Please help me out doctor..
