How do I know if my hormones are unbalanced? I have vaginal itching and dryness despite maintaining proper hygiene. Also, when I take fennel seeds water for gastric troubles I feel a whitish discharge. But it doesn't happen when I don't take fennel or Fenugreek seeds.
Are these two related because I have read on the internet that Fennel and Fenugreek add to estrogen. I suffer from urinary incontinence on 4 days of periods. Showed to numerous urologists and gynaecologists but no diagnosis could be reached. Hence I am thinking of consulting an endocrinologist for this hoping that I am suffering from hormonal imbalance. I want to have a test on regular days and during periods just to check for abnormalities. Should I consider this or or reduce urinary capacity if my bladder? Also very heavy flow during menses.

Use Estrodiol 0.06% vaginal cream daily before bed time for a month and if it helps can continue with it.
Hormone testing does not give any answers unfortunately.
For some women this is a sign of ‘early menopause’ and they should consider taking HRT to help and also reduce risk of Osteoporosis.
All the best.

Your symptoms are real, but they point more toward perimenopausal hormonal fluctuations + pelvic floor sensitivity, not a dangerous hormonal imbalance. An endocrinologist visit is reasonable, but a combined gynecologist + pelvic floor approach will likely help more.
