Before 10 days of periods I got hot fleshes, extreme irritation, mood swings, headache and anger issues without any reason. Periods got delayed every month by 3-4 days. Once Periods starts all symptoms above don't show up. Am suffering from this since 6-7 years. First I thought it's depression so I consulted psychiatrist, am on medication of depression from 2018. But condition worsen since last 5 months. Ten or twelve days before Periods are literally hell for me. First time I got my periods at age14 and I had 20 days menstrual cycle till I turned 24. I have three children, First baby at 21, second at 26 and youngest at 35. I did suffer these hormonal issues since quite young age. But it's getting really tough day by day.
