Honey alternate for Sugar
Hi. I am 32 year old man. I have cut sugar from my diet for past 6 months and I feel good. Now I am thinking of adding honey in my diet. Is it fine? Is honey a healthy alternative or is it also a same thing as sugar? Can anyone please clarify my doubt

If it's available as natural product it's fine but you have to add in your diet as moderate

Honey is not a healthy unlimited alternative to sugar — it is a slightly better one when used in moderation. Marketing often overstates its health benefits.
Next Steps
The best approach remains reducing overall sweetener intake rather than simply switching the source.

Honey is rather natural and unprocessed sugar, contain minerals antioxidants which white sugar donot have but both honey and sugar provide same amount of calories That’s why honey is better option alternative to white table sugar
