Depending up on the source of medicine, in my view, there is no medicine prepared and imported fom foreign, adel, schwabe are foreign companies will prepare medicines with back potency, in india only with in the permission and processess of that particular company. I concider sorce example
Aliumcepa is a medicine which is prepared from onion, onion is not a rear source in india, so we can use indian also,
Eelserum this is a medicine from eels serum
Like that depending on the source and its availability medicines will be decided where to buy and deside to select company.
