Deficiency of iron causes dryness of hair roots and thinning of hair, thus easy loss from any friction or washing. Same is visible in your haemoglobin level.

Yes , low hemoglobin levels can be responsible for hair fall as well as baldness . but pimples on face happens due to hormonal imbalance in the system. Proper homeopathic treatment would be advisable...

hi ! yes definitely, low hb level results in decrease nourishment to the scalp and there by resulting in loss of hair. increase iron rich foods which can increased your hb level, like carrot, beet root, dry dates, pomagranate, fig, these when taken daily cup full each, your hb level increased very well with in a mnth or two. even then if your hb is not increasing your can go for homoeo treatment, it can increased your blood levee very easily.
