Dear doctor's firstly a big salute to all the doctors here for your selfless service during this covid 19 situation. I am covid 19 recovered person and seen how hard and selflessly medical staff are working. Thank you all for your selfless service.
Question: It's been 21 days I got discharged from hospital. May I know by when can I start basic home work not Gym nor taking heavy weights. Just simple dumbbell work out. Can I do simple work outs or not. If not now then by when I can start.

I would suggest you to start with stretching/yoga, breathing exercises and light body weight workouts for the next 2-3 weeks.
You will definitely notice changes in your breathing and stamina levels. But no need to worry.
Your lungs will need some time to get back to their full functioning capacity.
Once you understand your limitations better, you can gradually progress to more intensive exercise routines with weights and strength training.
