As Ayurveda support health, i am 3 month pregnant women, please suggest me home remedy for caugh and anal fissures please.

If anal fissure is not bleeding or paining then do not take tension about fissure. Second you can chew 2,3 black papper  two times in a day. Do not eat rice,maize roti,curd.
