I had a fever for 3 days and I was under medication including anti biotics. I didn't have much of soar throat but today (5th day from start of fever) , I felt a bit of pain in my throat. I could out that there is a tiny hole in my tonsil. Is it something to be worried? How do I get rid of this?

Do not inspect your oral cavity. Also donot compare with others. Tonsills are just like that only.
