These are tonsillar crypts ... And they are normal ... Although if they get infected regularly or if recurrent stone formation in them ... Then maybe they shd be looked into

Those are called Crypts which are of no issue if you maintain good oral hygiene and food particles don’t remain stuck in there. Then they tend to get infected.
