Hole In Skin - I Have A Hole Where A Hair Follicle Used To Be

I have a hole where a hair follicle used to be where the joint in between my groom and leg. It’s a oval about 2cm 1.5cm. I can see the muscle on the inside but none of it hurts and it looks like it healed open.
